Food Assistance
Supporting food pantries/food banks that meet the nutritional needs of eligible residents.
Many of our local Community Service Centers maintain a small food pantry. These food pantries provide food and hygiene items for families and individuals with emergency needs for food and hygiene provisions.NGCA, Inc. operates a community food bank in eight of the ten service counties.
These community food banks provide staple goods to address the immediate needs of low income households.
This service is available at the respective community service center on a walk-in basis.
*Please note, many of our programs require individuals to meet federal income guidelines in order to receive services.
